Physical Asana Practice: Basic Asanas, Physical postures tailored daily according to individual needs environment and inspiration.

Surya and Chandra Namaskar: These Vinyasas, flow series of flow Sun Salutation and Moon Salutation consitute a complete physical practice of Hatha Yoga. In combination they can bring complete balance to the physical and subtle body by harmonizing the Male and Female energies of the human body.

Pranayama Techniques: Practice of 5-10 techniques of breathing and use of Prana life force, for control of body, mind, emotions and energy.

Yoga Nidra: Relaxation through Tension release, Asana and auto-suggestion.

Mantra Chanting: Use of sound to open the subtle body and connect with cosmic consciousness.



Yogic cleansing techniques for the physical and energetic body which may include:

Dhauti: Cleaning the digestive and respiratory system by swallowing cloth.

Basti: Intestinal Cleaning.

Neti: Cleaning the Nasal passages with water and string.

Nauli: Nauli is a powerful technique which massages all the organs in the abdomen – the stomach, the liver, spleen, urinary bladder, pancreas, gall bladder and the intestines. This helps to maintain perfect health of the lower organs.

Jala Neti Kriya: Cleaning the Nasal passage with salt water.

Kapalabhati: Breath of Fire.

Kunjal Kriya: Cleaning the stomach and throat by vomitting salt water.

Pavana Basti: Cleaning the intestines by drawing air in.

Agni Sara Kriya: Pressing the stomach towards the spine.

Eye Kriya: Cleaning and strengthening the eyes by water.

YOGIC DIET Understanding how to use foods for balance accordig to personal mind, body, emotion and communication.

AYURVEDIC HEALING Use of natural Foods, Plants and Herbs for healing on all levels.

TANTRALOGY OF SELF CRYSTALLIZATION This course can be taken alone or as a couple. It involves meditation and techniques that bring about the unity of male and female energies within the human body. It uses the love energy present between the couple or individual to unite with Divine consciousness and nature, also seen as Shiva and Shakti.

MEDITATION TECHNIQUES Seated meditation using Breath, Mantra, Asana, Mudra and Visualization as vehicles for inner experiences and awareness of the Self Environment of the psychic system and subtle body. This may also include Mantra Diksha, receiving a Mantra from a realized master which has the ability to awaken the Divine vibration within the student.

ECO THERAPY Healing by living with the rhythms and presence of nature.Circle of healing trees, flowers, birds, fresh air, pure food and water, moon and sun.Understanding the cycles of life and taking care of your Self, the earth and others. Leaving a light footprint on the earth.

YOGIC PHILOSPHY Study of the yogic and spiritual texts and teachings which may include: Patanjali's Yog Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita, The Shiva Purana, The Ramayana, The Guru Gita as well as the compiled research of Swamiji's 60 years of study.

SPIRITUAL CONSULTATION Meeting with swamiji and speaking with him about your life and spiritual practices. He can make suggestions; give blessings and practices that can overcome obstacles in the aspirant's path. This is the main purpose of the presence of a living master for they are able to give guidance to assist growth on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF Learning how to accept, nurture and grow as an individual. How to love yourslef deeply so you exist in fullness without needing as much from the outside. Changing the perspective from seeking outside yourself to seeking inside. This brings true contentment and satisfaction. How to take care of yourself on all levels.

BHAKTI YOGA Devotional Practices for the purification of the heart and emotions. Transforming emotion into devotion may use Mantra chanting, offerings and visualizations to one or many aspects of Divine Energy. Understanding the meaning of mantras and the purpose of surrendering one's lower self for the love of the Divine.

KUNDALINI YOGA Unfolding and experiencing the dynamic mystery of the dormant spiritual force within the individual body as well as her presence in all the nature. The practice includes much purification in order to prepare the student for the immense transformative force of Kundalini. This is classically the final and most secret practice and may only be taught after many years of Sadhana.

SADHANA PRACTICE Particulary for residents in Premvarni Ashram. This course may include any or all of the above courses at during the time of residency. The main focus being Self-Effort and Guru's grace which means to work with a living master who can help you attain your goals and realize your higher self.

The following rules and regulations to be considered by the students to successfully complete the course and become certified. Students may get expelled from the class if they infringe the rules below and they will not get certificate for the course, nor will there be any refund of the course fee:

We all have to follow some of rules during yoga class:

Discipline, attendance, punctuality, concentration, and open mind to learn are crucial for successful completion of the course. These criteria count towards certification.

Flexible mind is must to become a yoga instructor – flexible body with restless mind is not healthy.

Bring your notebooks, and prepare notes from the lectures.

Be friendly with other teacher trainees, students and staff.

Practice Asanas on empty stomach; heavy food should have been eaten at least four hours early.

Early morning wake-up, bath, modest dress recommended.

Free time should be utilized for self-study and practice by the students.

If you are taking any medicine or have any kind of illness, show your health reports and doctor’s prescription to the instructors in charge.

No opium, no drugs including steroids.

No smoking – strictly prohibited.

Avoid chatting during the classes, don’t disturb or divert the classes

If student(s) or staff sick, instructor in-charge will be responsible to make required arrangements.

We will shoot photos and videos of the classes and other activities in yogashala premises and sometimes outside (when we take on trips). The students should be okay with this and cooperate.

1 . In order to respect the local culture and minimize distraction from sadhana, we ask that you respect the dress code, even on balconies and in the gardens.

2 . Generally, shoulders and legs should be covered – no tank tops or singlets. Please wear white , yallow or pink color or any light colors . Avoid black , blue or any dark colors sourndeing of the ashram.
