Our Yoga Teachers

Our school has one Ashram in India with a group of 5 teachers, which are highly qualified, loving, caring and deep in spirituality & yoga with teachers, a mix of Indian and Western teacher experience in Rishikesh.


Early in life he developed a strong interest in the science and philosophy of Yoga and at the age of 10 he left his family to live in the hills and jungles of Chitrakoot.


She has been practicing Yoga, Meditation and also her own personal daily ‘Sadhna’. Living under the guidance of ‘Balyogi Premvarni’ in the Sattvik atmosphere of her ashram,


she is graduated in Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is expert in the field of YOGA ANATOMY & PHYSIO-YOGA-THERAPY.

The following rules and regulations to be considered by the students to successfully complete the course and become certified. Students may get expelled from the class if they infringe the rules below and they will not get certificate for the course, nor will there be any refund of the course fee:

We all have to follow some of rules during yoga class:

Discipline, attendance, punctuality, concentration, and open mind to learn are crucial for successful completion of the course. These criteria count towards certification.

Flexible mind is must to become a yoga instructor – flexible body with restless mind is not healthy.

Bring your notebooks, and prepare notes from the lectures.

Be friendly with other teacher trainees, students and staff.

Practice Asanas on empty stomach; heavy food should have been eaten at least four hours early.

Early morning wake-up, bath, modest dress recommended.

Free time should be utilized for self-study and practice by the students.

If you are taking any medicine or have any kind of illness, show your health reports and doctor’s prescription to the instructors in charge.

No opium, no drugs including steroids.

No smoking – strictly prohibited.

Avoid chatting during the classes, don’t disturb or divert the classes

If student(s) or staff sick, instructor in-charge will be responsible to make required arrangements.

We will shoot photos and videos of the classes and other activities in yogashala premises and sometimes outside (when we take on trips). The students should be okay with this and cooperate.

1 . In order to respect the local culture and minimize distraction from sadhana, we ask that you respect the dress code, even on balconies and in the gardens.

2 . Generally, shoulders and legs should be covered – no tank tops or singlets. Please wear white , yallow or pink color or any light colors . Avoid black , blue or any dark colors sourndeing of the ashram.


  1. Married couples can share room.
  2. 2 women can share a room.
  3. 2 men can share a room.
  4. Unmarried Men and Women cannot share a room together.
